Maybe they think when you are sick you have brought the sickness to yourself. So they have an excuse of no delivering your medication or in my instance have been calling since the 13-08-2013 . Its either they dont know where the delivery is or the put you on hold for 25 minutes better yet they put on mute.
Hope none of them or their family members are sick
