Dropped by customer service relating to PMB issue

I have been fighting with Discovery for over 3 months for them to pay for blood tests I had relating to a PMB condition. Finally when I thought I was getting somewhere the person I was dealing with suddenly 'left the division' and I am now expected to start over with someone else who has no idea of what my case is about! I am FUMING! Surely there should have been someone put in place to take-over this persons cases? Or is that asking too much?!
