Infertility IS a PMB condition!!!

My husband and I tried unsuccessfully to conceive for over 3 yrs. I was told the only way I would have children would be via IVF. I contacted a fertility specialist who confirmed this. He ordered a number of blood tests to determine the extent of my infertilty that according to the Medical Schemes Act of 1998 should have been paid for by the scheme - not my savings account. Before I went for the tests I called Discovery and spoke to a 'specialist' named Nkosi Mthembu who was initially unsure, went to check with those senior to him, after which he called my husband that same afternoon (call received 20.03.2013, around 15:00) stating that all the blood tests I mentioned would be paid by the scheme according to legislation although he said he wasn't 'allowed' to send an email stating this from the call centre - and now the phone call recording is conveniently 'missing'. A few weeks later I found out that regardless of all of this, Discovery had paid for the tests out of my savings!! The legislation relating to the Medical Schemes Act of 1998 (current legislation) clearly states infertility as one of the PMB conditions, specifically Code 902M. I want this corrected IMMEDIATELY.
