I requested an authorization from momentum on the 7th Aug and since then nobody has got back to me. I did manage to get in contact with a lady by the name of Sacsha on the 15th and we had a long chat in regards to my claim, she said to me it's strange that I am requesting an authorization shortly after joining. I felt really offended and she made me feel like a criminal by saying that. I do understand that it seems a bit suspicious that I am using the medical aid shortly after I have joined but, people get sick and it's just a coincidence that I have got sick a month after taking out the medical aid. Sasha should do her job and investigate my medical history which I'm sure she's doing but to tell a client that it's strange you have a problem shortly after you joined is wrong. She also mentioned that people do these these type of things which I'm sure they do but don't tell clients these type of things it makes them feel like a criminal, I am a new member at momentum and I'm not happy. Momentum should send Sacsha on some training; she needs to learn what not to say to client. The call was recorded; I suggest her supervisor listen to it. Sacshas no. 031 573 4457
