Visalogix
Visa application

I have applied for a Nigeria STR visa thru visalogix johannesburg 11 DEC 12 / almost 5 months later now, still waiting for it no information if it is approved or declined. At this point visalogix don't give any prove of when the application was submitted or the payments for the visa at the Nigeria embassy, they do use a contact but it also dont give any reply on phone calls or sms's. The problem is not just visalogix but the Nigeria embassy also/mainly
11 dec 12 gave all documents to visalogix - Amie Rossouw. Diane is the manager.
12 dec 12 payed there fees for doing the STR visa on my behalf. R6500.00
The so called consulate (Dawid - 084 8315388 - office 0114423620) phoned on the 18th mrch and requested a Document.
19th marchMail the document to visa logix to submit to the embassy.
15 april he (Nig embassy) wanted another document, so the same day mailed the document to visalogix to submit
I have requested several times for prove and payments (R2000 or $205) of the application to Nigeria embassy but still dont get any
I have tried to sort it out at the embassy myself but they dont want to give any assistance since I am using a visa agency visalogix
My JOB is on the line.
