A dental report and motivation was sent through for my 7 year old daughter to have conscious sedation for 1 tooth extraction and 10 fillings. They declined the conscious sedation. Can you believe it. Expecting a 7 year old to sit for all that. I received a call back to say that they have already paid for 2, so that no more can be done. I find that totally unacceptable as the dentist wrote the motivation and asked for someone to call him if there was a query/questions as to why she needed conscious sedation. Quick to take your payments, but not to provide an adequate service. Will be moving back to Discovery at the end of the year. At least they are upfront.
