Poor Service & Bad attitude from the Consultant

With the amount of money that one has to pay to Netcare Garden City Hospital and receive an extreme poor and bad attitude from the Front - Desk through phone is highly irritating.

I suggest that you re-train your front-end consultants as we are not getting the service from you for free but we are paying for it and not just peanuts but real money.
