I have been calling Garden City everyday for the past week now to request a medical report of my time in hospital. Eric refuses to assist. The amount of attitude he gave me saying that he is doing me a favor so i must wait. HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT. MUST I LOSE MY JOB FIRST BEFORE SOMEONE ASSISTS. he says he can't find my file so i just need to accept it and leave it there. i am very disappointed in Garden City and rest assured i will not be returning to this hospital anytime ever. I WANT MY FILE!!!
