PAYMENT OF A BILL FOR 2008

I just received a very disturbing call from Netcare Parklands Hospital. I was informed that I have an outstanding payment for an amount of R180 which is for 2008 ie FIVE YEARS AGO.

No letters have being posted nor has any consultant contacted me advising that I have an outstanding payment.

I am so upset, this is ridiculous, I have never owed money to any industry and because of their incompitency I do not want to have a bad record.

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE FROM NETCARE PARKLANDS HOSPITAL.
