Patient denied access to Specialist

Im utterly disgusted with the service I receive from you people. I have been in pain and my knee needs to be seen by an orthopaedic surgeon, my GP arranges and confirms with specialist. You people advised that you will send an authorisation number then i pitch up at the specialist rooms and im told that you have and you will not issue authorisation provided its life threatning, what the is that? If the GP is competent and geniune enough to recommend second opinion (Specialist intervention) why would you think that he or she is not competent to my sound decisions? I am angry and this has left unpleasant taste and experience to me as a paying client, as we speak i will seek to petition all other Bona fide clients who have been subjected to this patethic service from you. I am seeking qoutes from other medical instituions and hope that they will offer better service than YOU.
