Rewards Going from good to absolutely none!

Last year I was on Gold Card Status with SIR Rewards, for my birthday, I received an sms to wish me happy birthday as well as an sms to book a room for free for being a top player and having gold status on my birthday. This was before when it was still SIR rewards. This year, my birthday passed and I only received an sms to wish me on the 7th of August when my birthday was on 01 August. Then telling me you will load R200 freeplay on my card. WOW. What a huge drop in standards for your rewards programme. To be honest, you guys are getting from bad to worse to reward your best customers who come there every week. I dont even feel appreciated anymore when I get there. Gold and Silver cards merged into platinum cards. How is this even possible when the spend is completely different. I am really dissapointed that I didnt get a room at Silver star casino this year. Im even considering not even coming to silverstar anymore and I am a very loyal customer. Started getting free drinks, then it got changed to discounted drinks every hour and now we dont even get the discount?
