Once again I find Bonitas to be way below average in their claims department. After submitting a claim almost 3 weeks ago, I have had NO FEEDBACK only to once again have to follow up with them and they tell me they have rejected the claim based on an incorrect code?!?!?!?! Surely there should be a system in place that lets your clients know there is a problem with a claim? For the premiums I pay every month I expect far better service than I get EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Pathetic! The word Sorry is too easy to say, stop training your consultants to say "I am sorry for the inconvenience" Sorry does not put the money back into my account, neither does incompetence! Get your act together Bonitas, right now I rate you USELESS!
