Lancet Statement

I had been in a accident on the 25th-26th February 2012 and was rushed to the hospital (Eugue Maris Hospital). I recieved the medical attention that was need even though i did not spend the night. I was fetched by family members which made sure that all medial expanse were covered before i left the hospital.

Then early december i receive a call from debtor (ITC-BA), stating that i have a outstanding amount from Lancet Lboratories. This i did not know, and i had never recieved a statement for this.

My question is why was i not notified that i have a outstanding amount at Lancet Lboratories?
and why was i only cantacted in december about this account?
