Hoogland Spa
FALSE ADVERTISING

I booked for a weekend at the Hoogland Spa in Bela-Bela. Their website showed that their will be units with open plan kitchens and a patio and each chalet has its own parking. Also there will be a heated swimming pool and a games room. When we arrived there the Friday the receptionist said that it will not be necessary for any keys and that we must park our vehicle just behind another one. I enquired about the vehicle in front of us if that person wants to go somewhere how will it work? She informed me that she will come and tell us when we must moved our vehicle, this was not on. Secondly she took us on top of her house, next to a power station with a open kitchen. I mean really open. It is cold and the risks of getting out stuff was high. I went back to the receptionist explained that I' am not happy. This is not what I paid for and she must make another plan. After fighting about it she gave me the keys to another unit. When we arrived at the unit we recognise that she did not gave us the key to the gate!! Bummer so we returned for the ND time to reception. She was not friendly at all. The following morning we packed up and left.
