Amount paid apon receipt difers to statement

On the 20 June 2013 I was taken to Garden City Clinic after I was involved in an accident, I was taken for Xrays @ 19, 50 that evening and obtained a verbal quotation on the night in question of 2347.80, On the 16 July I obtained a statement from them reflecting 1052.90 difference being 1294.90 which should be due to me.
On the 17/July 2013 I went to Garden City Drs De Villiers they say that I accepted the quote on the day of the accident and they made a mistake on the print of the statement they gave to me and point blank refuses to refund me the difference. I spoke to a Mrs Kieth Wentzel the practice manager for Drs Devilliers and partners and he also refused to refund me the difference.
