Unhelpful and hangs up on me

I called this morning to query 4 outstanding amounts owed to me from Discovery dating back from June - in which I hav. Amounting to over R2000.
I haven't heard a thing from them. I got through to CHANEL and after a while she obviously just decided she didn't feel like doing her job and hung up on me. Is this the kind of service I get for spending over R3500 a month on a medical aid?
