NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

My wife became ill during the night in our hotel room.i went to the hotel reception but the reception was left un attended for aprrox 15 minutes.eventually somebody came out of a back room and said he was there all the time.i explained the situation that my wife was ill in the room and i requested a glass of lemon water.i opted to wait for it at reception.after 3 phone calls by the guy behind the counter and 30 minutes later i had to fetch the water myself anyway.by this time i was waiting 45 minutes in total.when checking out i asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. I explained to her what had happend. She said she would investigate. Thanks Pam for calling me back or emailing me like you said you would. Your customer service at Caledon Hotel is pathetic.
