It seems that spectramed is already adopting a profit only perspective in anticipation of its amalgamation with Liberty Life! As a locked-in client base of Optipharm as only supplier of chronic medication, deliveries of medication has become sporadic and incidental. Enquiries and phone calls are met with nothing. Members vote against the amalgamation and/ or join another fund. Service delivery and support are going south. If perhaps you are in position like me to retrieve over recovery fee of R 3000 from salary, good luck it ain't happening! Spectramed seems to becoming a In its own right.
