Suspended before the time

I am so glad that I have cancelled my medical aid with TOPMED CARECROSS, what a disaster of a combination. I received a membership certificate that states my service will be cancelled 31 January 2013 and they will debit me the 1st of February 2013. When I wanted to collect my medicine that my care cross doctor prescribed me, the system declined me due to suspension. When I contact TOPMED, they told me that it is active with them I must contact care cross, after I eventually got through care cross said my medical aid provider is Top Med and they need to activate this. Being sick and trying to sort out unnecessary things like this, I still did not get anywhere. Top Med will obviously want to be paid but they don't care a bit about their members. I will not suggest anyone to make use of them ever as you will have never ending problems.
I will not pay for a medical aid service which is suspended already and embarrassed me in time of need!!
