SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER!!!

I went to dr Maree for a filling and was told by Rua that, because I was a pensioner and my Medical Aid was depleted, they would not charge me the normal fee. I paid R175 which I thought was the amount for the filling - did not took the injection to keep it as less as possible! A month later I saw the amount on my Medical Aid which said that the funds were depleted and I must pay the amount of R652 (above the R175). I also then received an sms saying I owe them the amount of R652. I then phoned Rua, who told me that she thought dr Maree is going to charge me less and she will find out what happened and let me know. She then phoned me, telling me that she cannot help me - I need to phone Linda in the administration department who will attend to me. I am now paying this amount in 2 instalments. Do really not understand why they send it to the Med Aid when they know that the funds were depleted! Why telling me they will help me and not doing it.
