Topmed from bad to worse

I use to be very happy with topmed. With my first child I had no complaints, but since my prem son was born in June i have had nothing but complaints. Firstly none of my specialist claims was refunded. Secondly they registered Michael from 1 Aug. After many emails and phone calls that also costs money, they said it will all be sorted if i resubmit documentation asking that he should be registered from 1June. He had to stay in hospital longer than usual as he was prem. After 2months the hospital has send me a final "aanmaaning" for the account. I cannot afford and the medical aid does not change his registration date. I am very frustrated with topmed's extremly bad service. This all started when they combinded with carecross. Worst mistake ever!!!
