Billing for incorrect tariff

On 15 Oct 2012 I visited Dr Arbee and requested that I have a cholesterol test done (4025 or 4026 4027 4028 4147) and also my glucose level checked (4057). Instead of having just these tests done additional tests were done with the following tariff codes 3743 3755 3797 4032 and 4171 without my knowledge or a request from Dr Arbee.
A letter from Itc was received in the month of July 2013 (client: Lancet laboratories) without us ever receiving prior statement indicating the amount we owe. Lancet needs to be taken to task by members as well as by medical schemes for their unethical practices.
