Why do customers always have to go and do the extra mile when a supplier messes up. This is the second time Discovery Health slips up and the customer has to sit with the baked potato :( 2August 2011 a appointment was made and paid in that same year, two years past away and their accounts department investigated and a payment was cancel. Now my Gp's account lady sends me a bill saying I have to pay this bill. Confuse as I was I made the calls to follow up on this matter, yet Discovery Health says that I have to sort it out with my Gp accountant. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to pay this bill because someone messed up. We live in a world were we have to keep budget of all your expenses that you can't afford to buy that outfit cause you know the cost of living is so expensive, we had quite alot of increases lately you can't afford to do things you want to. So i ask that you should look into this matter and let the people responsible pay for their actions. I wouldn't of mind if it happened in the same year and not what happened 2 years ago.
