Shocking service!

I called Resolution Health to sort out an old friend's account. It takes on average 20 mins to get through to anyone. I have been back and forth and been promised that they will get back to me. Still waiting. Also left a message for the supervisor to call and also still waiting. Sent two emails to client services, two weeks apart. Still awaiting for a response. I am with Resolution but after this I will be cancelling my membership!!
