You over any which way!

Lancet demanded payment for an unpaid bill, claiming they had sent me an invoice. I asked for the invoice to be emailed, 2 months later they still had not emailed it, I had to contact them to get this sorted. I paid the full amount they requested, only to find out that they had already been paid by Discovery! They claimed the amount twice!!

They didn't bother to contact me for a refund, they claimed that the money that had been paid by Discovery had not reflected in their account at the time they requested payment form me. The money hadn't reflected in your account THREE MONTHS LATER?? Really Lancet? Really? Wow.

They have all the time in the world to go after you for their money, but just pray that you will not call them about yours.

Utterly disgusted with your ethics.
