Perhaps staff need more training on customer service. The lady who dealt with my call has no manners. I sincerely hope the calls are recorded. I was treated as though I was totally ignorant of medical numbers and terminology. Guess what? I AM! that's why we phone the help line.. What a pity that one lady's bad manners can bring down the reputation of the company. I have a letter saying that a specific account had been processed. It was incorrectly processed. I called to check if it had been corrected. This is what the previous consultant told me to do. I was quite happy to do that. What followed was a battle of semantics. I have had amazing service prior to this. She could not give me any details, refused to send any information. I told her that perhaps I should phone another consultant, she told me that would be a good idea. She slammed the phone down. Is this really how they are trained to deal with clients. I am furious, and hugely disappointed. I wonder how they would treat my mom who is slightly deaf and would probably need even more assistance. I shudder to think about it.
