Medicross
Sending patients away because the DR wants to go

On Friday Afternoon, i took my three year old to Medicross Farrarmere for treatment.

Despit being at the medicross at 17h15 and the signboard clearley showing that they are open till 6pm, i was sent away by the lady talking on the phone at the pay counter because"the DR wants to leave early today"

I was not asked if the nature of the injusry was serious or not, When i asked her where i must take my child she said to a hospital in the area.

I am new to benoni and am not yet aware of the closest hospitals... but she was more interested in returning to her personal call then helping a patient.

SHAME ON YOU to the DR that wanted to leave early... you took an oath to help patients...

Secondly, to the management of the medicross for allowing this sort of behaviour... this refelcts poorly on yourselves to no end,

I will probably receive some generic reply claiming to investigate and revert... shame again.
