My wife needed to undergo a procedure and was admitted to Morningside Medi Clinic on 10/06/2013. She paid the hospital R 20, 000.00 upfront.

Subsequently, Medshield insist on paying the hospital instead of the member, despite numerous queries that have been lodged with the medical aid.
