Vitality mall service for magazines is terrible

Almost every second month for the past seven months I don't receive my True Love magazine subscription and I have to call in where I'll be put on hold for about 20 minutes as my emails will not be responded to. I subscribe to two magazines and the third one is a gift for a family member. I subscribe so that I get to read the magazine before they hit the shelves but with this service, I have to fight almost monthly to get my magazines.
