Pathetic Service from Bankmed as Usual!!!

I recently visited my designated doctor as per my Core Saver Plan on Bankmed and on 2 occasions was I informed by the secretary of the practice that my "free" visits had been consumed. On both occasions, I asked the secretary to call Bankmed again and confirm the number of visits as I had not used any at the time. The first instance on which incorrect information was provided by your staff was on 04 July 2013 and the second instance was on 19 July 2013. The responsible person (Leon) needs to undergo training in terms of how to interpret the different plans on Bankmed, how dependent codes works and how to use your system. The incorrect information provided by him is truly an inconvenience and embarrassment for me as on both occasions I had to convince the secretary that I had visits available. He also incorrectly advised the secretary that I visited the practice in January and was later hospitalized. Please ensure that the necessary disciplinary action is taken against Leon and ensure that he undergoes the necessary training in order to allow him to perform his job effectively and efficiently.
