No Delivery of Monthly Magazine

Took out a subscription for Womens Health magazine for the girlfriend and didnt receive one magazine for 3 months - then i take out a sports illustrated subscription (i know fool me once...) and i have still not received a magazine 2 months later...

I phone in and get told... well we cant guarantee the magazines will get to you but we definitely sending them out...

Appalling service and customer suppport (would comment on the product but i havent received it yet so im not in a position to say)...
