Venue given away after our confirmation

We inquired and visited Rondekuil, seeking to host our wedding there. After sending through a confirmation email to their 'Venue Manager', and receiving no response, we contacted the owner. He informed us that the venue had subsequently been given away for the date in question.

This being after we had inquired, visited and confirmed. Words do not suffice to express the anger!
