How is this for a medical scheme that prides themselves in customer service.

I sent them a mail in which I complain about not having any benefits available and that I need to give 3 months notice to resign off of the scheme because that was the agreement I signed, but they can change the scheme as they feel fit. As i send the mail I attach a read receipt, as I get the auto response mail with my reference number, I get my receipt back that my mail was deleted without being read.

Why would they do that? Why would they delete it? I have sent them the message again... Lets see what story they will from there thumb... I regret every day more and more that I ever moved from Discovery Health to this scheme. The rep made this scheme sound like milk and honey and it was the first year then became milk and tree bark till where it is today Saltwater and sand... Their answers are always some template statement as I don't think there are anyone there that knows how their own scheme works. So now I am taking it to the web to see if I get a true response>>>>>.
