Medical Scheme accumulating Interest

I worked for Nedbank and joint a medical scheme called Nedgroup Scheme. I resigned in 2011 and According to the Scheme, i owe the money because i resigned before the end of the year and that is how the allocate their savings scheme yearly ("Shortfall for resignation before the end of the year"). Which they forgot to mention upon signing with them. They handed over my account to Credit works without consulting me. I have been talking to Credit Works people asking them to expain what am i paying for, they did not know anything and just ask me to pay what i owe. And Credit Works have added interest on the Medical Aid Bill. I am so furious to be treated as if ran and did not give notice to my former employer to establish this underlyning debt. To top it all it my fault they could not get hold of, i must deal with Credit Works as well
