Medical savings decreasing with no records

The weirdest thing is happening. YEsterday I had R4500 (odd) in my medical savings account. Today (after one visit to the chemist) it dropped to R1400.

Now, on the records it only shows one "transaction":

Now I have been trying to phone discovery... and they dont even answer their phones. Held on for almost an hour this afternoon.

All in all they take almost R40k from me every year, yet I cant even get serviced or get an explanation.

Terrible service. Considering going onto Momentum Health
