AVON MITRI requested almost R12 000 in payment and deposits for shared accommodation, which deposits she refuses to return. She failed to pay an electricity account, resulting in power being turned off, of which I paid the full amount to ensure the children had power restored. Despite promises she, to date has failed to pay the 50% of this account of almost R2000.
To date, despite promises AVON MITRI has failed to return the deposit on the flat or the keys, nor her 50% share of the electricity account almost 14m later leaving no option but to issue summons.
Don't do dealings with this woman!
