Dicovery Health do not care about their members

My dad is now trying to sort out his medical aid with Discovery as he had to become a private member. Its now more that 3 months yet not luck... last week i phoned Discovery for assistance, ii was more than 21 min on the phone..the guy who asisted me said he would call me back after 3pm that day, still not phone call received. Today my dad phoned. The lady who was supose to call him back still did not call him back. I am sure they have enough members to worry about a member who pays R4500.00 a month...
