Awaiting Discovery Medical Aid Card for 2 Years

I have made numerous request to send me a medical aid card and have not been received it as yet. Only got empty promises from their representative. It has became a joke cause every time i call person responds to the call as if they will deliver the card them self but in reality it seems like discovery does not care about their members anymore. I always have to carry my member ship letter with me other wise hospital will not assist. When my son got heart last year, hospital did not assist me immediately as they wanted to confirm the patient is covered with medical aid and i couldn't carry my member ship print out as i was at my friends house. If i do not get joy this time i will be forced to change my medical aid.
