Not notifying the public

I am upset with Spec savers Festival Mall as I went in on the 30th June2013 for glasses the service was perfect and I was treat well, but on returning on the 13th July2013 I saw a special stating that there was a July special running where you can get your frames free so I asked about it to find out it started on the 1 july 2013 I asked since I came in on the 30th June only too be told they cannot help me, there is nothing they can do. Now if I was told on the day to come in the next day for the special it would help I mean its 1 day difference I'm disgusted that no one tells the public of the special an then oh we cannot help, I WILL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN...
