Unpaid claims and overall bad service

My reference number is 166574951. The amount of my claim is only R110.00 and it has been submitted in November already. Why is there such a large delay in paying out such a simple claim? I called in twice to follow up already and I get sny remarks from the consultant. I've have never been late with my monthly payments and I am disappointed at the service that I am receiving. I probably spent more money on my follow ups than the actual claim amount. Once again, Topmed, your service is disugusting.
