Medshield
Full claim not settled with no explanation

My wife recently had a baby all the required docs were submitted to medshield. after a few weeks of not receiving any feed back we received a call from the doctors office confirming an amount has been paid but not the full amount (one third of the claimed amount). she has since called into the call center to query but apparently every call center agent is useless as they cannot help, every time she was told that she can expect a call back from a manager later that day and this is yet to happen.
