Submitted query but no feedback, again!!

On the 13/01/2013 I had blood tests done, as requested by the dr as part of follow up on a stem cell transplant.
Two items were not paid, Code 3946 and 3948.
On the 7 Feb 2013 Bonitas requested the requisition form from Ampath and it was sent to you on the 19 April 2013.
The outstanding amount of R320.30 has still not been paid.
As normal, I submitted a query, but as usual, even if you request feedback, you get none!!
As these tests are covered by my oncology benefits or transplant benefit, can they please be paid or an explanation be provided on why they are not covered?
