Fijnbosch Cabins
False advertising, no customer service and

Booked a "cabin" for 10 nights. From the web & personal e-mail we expected:
Self-catering cabin with typical self-catering amenities
TV
Braai with outdoor deck & modern outdoor furniture
View of mountains and distant ocean
We got:
A thatch hut (walls & roof) with partly some sort of compacted grass/mud floor. It was not ready as she unpacked cutlery etc and claimed the previous guests it. (A as we were told by the caretaker later).
No dustbin, only 2 chairs, one bathroom had no towel rails, 2nd bedroom had no curtains, no cupboards for clothing
No TV
No deck with furniture or braai
No view, just rubble
Also:
Front door couldn't lock
Bedroom & bathroom floors were stained cement and oxidized resulting in staining our feet and anything touching it
Some of the items were provided or fixed with temporary measures when we complained.
The 7th morning it rained and the entire roof leaked. Tried to phone Elaine -she refused to pick up and she was in reach as the caretaker got hold of her twice. She ignored my sms and told the caretaker to clean a tent for us. In the end we left and asked for a refund for the last days we were not there. This she refused.
