Disgustingly poor service delivery

Since I changed my plan to the key care plus plan the service I have experienced has been disgusting. When I called on 13 April 2013 to provide the medical aid with my preferred doctors details it was confirmed that I already have one. Some strange doctor who I don't know and the agent who took the call couldn't explain where these came from. When I called 9 July 2013 to find out if an authorisation number is available for me I was told that the request did not come from my preferred doctor (which I changed 13 April 2013). The agent I spoke to today Stephanie changed it backdated to 1 May 2013. But the cell phone number they sent the sms to not mine that would confirm that the request was from a "foreign" GP. Take note, I confirm my number every time I call in as a security check. When I changed my plan I was told that when I go to a gynae I can just call to get authorisation number, just to find out I must 1st go to a GP. definitely seem to be misinformed. I feel like the lower end clients get poor treatment as when I was on a higher plan I had no issues. I'm still waiting for my authorisation number. it has been 48hrs. I'm so furious and disgusted!!!
