False Avertising

Went to SpecSavers Rondebosch the lady told me I cannot select from the the frames on the left hand side even that they are mark with silver sticker I must choose from the remaining frames (the cheaper ones) I was been told if I am not happy then I must phone Head Office which I did. After a investigation from the area manager I got a explanation of a summer and winter range and that they did not follow protocol from Head office. I did received letters of apology from Branch Owner and area Manager.
I decided I am rather going to go to a different SpecSavers the one in Somerset west Checkers friendly lady started to help me and then when I walk to a different rack of frames again I was been told that those frames do not form part of the promotion although there was frames mark with silver stickers. When I ask the lady why not she told me that is arrangements from SpecSavers Head office.
Suddenly the friendliness disappear no one is helping me any more and while I am browsing for frames the lady that was helping me is busy removing about 30 frames from the one shelf and taking them to the back
