Customers Not Getting Framed

Just read another report about Specsavers and need to add that It appears to be a general tthing happening in that customers are only permitted to select from certain (cheaper) frames and not from all frames that also have silver stickers on them. Past Saturday my daughter was also told "those frames are not part of the promotion" when she chose a frame bearing a silver sticker from a different stand. July promotion says ANY frame up to silver sticker. And, believe me, when there's no promotion, there's stacks of frames to choose from. Now with the promotion there's suddenly a very limited supply of frames so I can well believe everything's hidden away in the closet until the end of the promotion. My daughter couldn't have the frame she chose so she took nothing. She said the rest were ugly. Shame on you Specsavers. Sweep the complaint under the carpet.
