No words can describe this pathetic service

I am a 30 years old male and have been a member of discovery vitality for the past 1 year, i only joined because i could enjoy the reduced payment of the virgin active gym. When i did not meet the required amount of visits my gym fees shot up which i understood. In Feb this year i cancelled it but called after few hrs to uplift it. They did and sent me a letter and i was paying throughout, now when i wanna gym they say i must pay a once of fee, what nonsense they say i didn't call in but i got proof a email to say I'm still a member and i was paying.

These big companies just want to look at devious ways to our citizens of money
