Disgusted!

Absolutely disgusting service. Booked a cruise, was emailed that confirmation would be sent to me in 7 days. It is now 2 months later. I have called on various occasions with the number always being busy. Today I called twice, being on hold for a total of 22 minutes, both times the call was dropped! My cruise is 2 weeks away I have yet to pay any taxes or fees as i have received no communication and quite obviously it is impossible for me to call and find out myself! Will never be doing business with MSC again.
