Poor service from discovery

I have been trying for more than a year to get Discovery to send me my monthly statements by post. But they refuse, ever time i phone I have to listen to some lame excuse. The blame the post office, then they say they were let down by technology, now the latest is they could not verify my postal address, the same address since 2007, so they stopped trying to send them. It's a disgrace that they give there client such poor service.
