Discovery refuse to pay

Good day. I was admited to Hospital at 30/08/2013. It was in the morning a emergency admission. That after noon a lady from discovery phone me to tell me that she see that this is a emergency admission and that i do not have to worry about anything Discovery will pay 100% in the first 24 hours.and after that it will go on discovery benefits. That evening i did went for a Gastroscope. A month later i receive a bill of R2849.97. After investigation they didnot pay it because i did not have any money left in my savings account at Discovery. Every time when you phone to sort it out some one else is answer and even their emails that i got eventually was everytime some else.. And every other person tell you a other story why they will not pay it. My feeling is that discovery did say 100% the first 24 hours and 100% is 100% . They also refuse to send me the recording of the day .if i want to listen to it i do have to go to Sandton just for listening to it. They know i do live in Klerksdorp and listening to it will not help i need the recording. Please help
